What is a Lifestyle Manager?

Your lifestyle manager is your agent.   He or she works with you or on your behalf to reduce and remove tasks and duties from your personal and professional “things to do” list.  For every individual, it’s different.  The first thing your lifestyle manager will do is get to know you - how you like things done, how you are organized and how you like to communicate.  Then together we will figure out how we can make your life easier.

When are membership fees billed?

All membership fees are billed on the 1st day of every month.  Any unused hours are forfeited on the last day of the month unless prior arrangements have been made.

Are all clients required to have a credit card on file?

Yes, all clients must have a credit card and signed authorization on file for fees and additional purchases or expenses.

Do you charge for mileage?

There is a monthly mileage allowance of 50 miles included in your membership fee unless otherwise stated.  Additional miles are charged at the current IRS rate of $.50 per mile. 

What method of payments do you accept?

VISA, MasterCard, & American Express

How do I pay for purchases, materials, expenses and taxes?

We will keep your credit card information on file with an authorization and charge these items as they incurred.   You will receive a monthly statement of your purchases.  If for some reason we need to fund your purchases, a 10% surcharge charge will be added to the total.

How do I get started?

The President of our company, Lisa Crawford, encourages you to call her personally at 980-522-8044 to inquire about how we can help.   We will conduct a “get-to-know-you” interview, together fill out the client datasheet and introduce you to your lifestyle manager.   You will be ready to go just like that and your DREAMTEAM will be anxiously awaiting your first request/assignment.

How do I make a request?

Requests can be made by phone, text or email.  We will confirm your request, give you a proposed completion time, complete the task and then notify you that it’s done.

What do you do with the information I give you about me, my family and my business?

Our services are completely confidential. We do NOT share information with any other party whatsoever, and the information we collect is used to complete requested services only.
